Redevine is a boutique People Management Consultancy established by Renee Sarich in 2010.

Within a short period of time, Renee can unpack and understand your business from the “shop floor up”.

As an outcome-focused HR professional, Renee has worked for the Public, Private and the Not-for-Profit sectors, delivering the full range of high level HR services to a wide range of businesses. With key strengths in the area of practical application and a common sense approach, Renee can assist your business in legislation and award interpretation,  policy and procedure development, performance development and review, grievance, discipline and misconduct, and governance, education and training.

As an independent HR consultant, Renee can assist in the undertaking of recruitment for key personnel, ensuring legislative requirements are maintained and open to review. Renee has established, professional partnerships with key providers, to ensure that Redevine can address and support all your business needs in People Management.

Renee’s knowledge and experience in matters of legislative interpretation, awards and agreements, ER and IR is extensive. Having developed and delivered educational workshops for a wide range of personnel from executive services to administration. Renee commenced her career working for private law firms, carrying out investigations into issues of misconduct and fraud.

Renee’s career then moved to delivering HR Consultancy and Management,  where she provided services in all aspects of HRM inclusive of the development and presentation of educational programs.

Renee’s extensive knowledge and experience in matters of legislative interpretation, awards and agreements (inclusive of negotiating agreements between a union and employer), policy development, ER and IR was developed over are extensive career working in both the legal and HR fields. Having developed and delivered educational workshops for a wide range of personnel from executive services to administration.

After a career in the public sector spanning 18 years Renee moved into the Not for Profit sectors working for community based organisations such as the Community First, Aboriginal Legal Service and the Community Living Association as the Head of HR.
